PbiLINK – tracks the distribution of refundable bid sets and allows you to access your project reports via the Internet. This service is used most by architects and construction managers who want contractors to work from complete sets and who make the deposit refundable. You can provide us with detailed instructions for printing your bid sets, define the contractors who are eligible to pick up refundable sets, and keep a history of any addenda issued. Once the distribution process begins, you can see who has picked up sets, when they were picked up, the set numbers, check numbers and amounts, and if sets were returned.

Planwell – offers online viewing and purchase of drawings and specifications. This service is used most often by construction managers and general contractors who want to make drawing and specifications available to be viewed prior to non-refundable purchases – either as packages that are "locked" by trade, or as single sheets that are used to create a custom print order. Prints may be ordered by project managers on behalf of contractors, or contractors can order prints on their own. The system will calculate the cost of printing immediately. The choice is yours.
