Precision Blue is very excited to tell you about a new program we are offering: Bids Set Distribution on CD or DVD! Here at PBI we have always kept our eye on the future, innovation is what has always kept us leading the reprographics industry. With that concept in mind we have developed BIDS on Disc.

If you’ve jumped on the CD bandwagon for the distribution of Bid Sets, you know that many Discs being distributed today are not user friendly!

• Labels are handwritten and may lack important information
• Contact information is often hard to find on the Disc or it’s missing altogether.
• Project information including bid dates, pre-bids, and project descriptions are usually hidden within a file on the CD
• Folders and files are often not named in a way that is useful in finding the documents and information critical to your bid.
• Files are often not printable, except by a reprographer.

The end result - it takes longer to do what needs to be done to estimate a bid quickly and efficiently.
